Anti-Corruption Policy
Corruption is the unlawful obtaining of material or other benefits, privileges or advantages by employees through the use of their position, authority or opportunities arising from their official status. It also includes the unlawful offering, promising or giving of such benefits to officials in order to influence their decisions.
Caspian Industrial Construction LLC is committed to conducting all of its business activities ethically, honestly and with the highest standards of integrity. This Anti-Corruption Policy establishes the company's zero-tolerance approach toward corruption in all business activities.
This policy applies to all individuals and organizations involved in the company's activities regardless of their location. Any participation in corrupt practices in connection with the company's business may result in legal and disciplinary responsibility.
Gifts and Hospitality
Employees may not request or accept gifts for themselves or for others where such gifts could influence, or appear to influence, the impartial performance of their official duties or could be considered a reward for performing those duties.
This restriction does not apply to small customary gifts or ordinary hospitality provided that they do not affect the impartial performance of official duties.
Employees may not accept one or more gifts from any individual or legal entity during a calendar year where the total value exceeds 55 AZN.
If an employee is uncertain whether a particular action may constitute corruption, they are encouraged to consult the Legal Department for clarification.
Company Principles
Managers and senior employees of Caspian Industrial Construction LLC must regard bribery and corruption in any form as completely unacceptable and must promote ethical business conduct throughout the organization.
As a result, our employees, business partners and agents are expected to act fairly, honestly and ethically at all times while maintaining healthy and professional business relationships.

Where a suspicion of corruption arises, the company will conduct a full investigation. If corruption is confirmed, appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan on combating corruption.
If corrupt practices are committed by suppliers, business partners or agents, business relations with those parties will be terminated immediately and permanently.
